Taking the share house scheme to this large scale, this design encourages a social community of students. The circulation and room layout takes queues from the enfilade typology. Thus creating degrees of privacy - the private bedroom, the semi private shared living room and the public balconies - with circulation occurring between these. The structural framework uses LVL timber combined with CLT sheer walls and floors with vertical surfaces extending through the stacked apartment modules.
